3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Communicate clearly and respond in a timely manner
- Make payments as per the agreed schedule
- Provide necessary access, assets, and approvals when required
- Not misuse or reverse-engineer any delivered product or solution
4. Payment Terms
- A project advance payment is required before work begins
- Payment milestones will be defined in the project agreement
- Final delivery will be made upon receipt of full payment
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project contract
- Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension of work
5. Project Delivery & Timelines
- Project timelines are estimated and agreed upon at the start of each project
- Delays caused by the client — including late feedback, approvals, or payments — are not our responsibility
- We strive to deliver all projects on time and to the highest standard
- Any changes to project scope may affect delivery timelines and costs
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered product
- We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing
- All code, designs, and assets created during the project remain our property until final payment is received
- Any third-party tools, libraries, or assets used in the project are subject to their respective licenses
7. Confidentiality
- We treat all client information, business data, and project details with strict confidentiality
- We do not share, sell, or disclose any client information to third parties without consent
- Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary tools, processes, or information shared by us
8. Revisions & Change Requests
- A defined number of revisions are included in every project as outlined in the project agreement
- Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately
- Major scope changes may require a new proposal and agreement
9. Warranty & Support
- We provide a post-delivery support period as defined in the project agreement
- This warranty covers bug fixes and issues directly related to our development work
- Issues arising from third-party services, hosting, or client-side changes are not covered under warranty
- Extended support and maintenance packages are available upon request
10. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project
- We are not responsible for any data loss, security breaches, or downtime caused by third-party services
11. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice
- In case of termination, payment for all work completed up to that point is due immediately
- We reserve the right to terminate services if the client violates these terms or engages in unlawful activity
12. Privacy Policy
- We are committed to protecting your personal data and privacy
- Any information collected through our website or services is used solely for business and communication purposes
- We do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties

13. Governing Law
